Everything you need to know before your first visit, including forms, policies, and frequently asked questions.

Your First Visit

We want your first visit to be as smooth and comfortable as possible. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary registration.

What to bring:

  • A valid photo ID (National ID or Passport)
  • Your health insurance card (if applicable)
  • Any previous medical records or test results
  • A list of current medications and supplements
  • A list of questions you'd like to ask Dr. Kiragu

Confidentiality Policy

Your privacy is our utmost priority. Reproductive health is deeply personal, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of medical confidentiality.

All patient records, consultations, and test results are strictly confidential and securely stored. We will not share your medical information with any third party—including family members or employers—without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Our staff undergoes regular training on patient privacy and data protection protocols.

Insurance & Payment

We believe in transparent billing and will always discuss the cost of treatments before proceeding.

We accept most major health insurance providers in Kenya. However, coverage for reproductive health services, particularly fertility treatments, varies significantly between policies. We recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to your visit to understand your specific coverage.

For out-of-pocket expenses, we accept cash, M-Pesa, and all major credit/debit cards.
